Unlike its cousin, the Wooly Mammoth, the Columbian mammoth did not have much fur. These animals spent most of their time eating thousands of pounds of food.

herbivores, standing at 20 feet tall, weighed 3 to 5 tons, and is a cousin to the smaller sloths currently living in the rainforests of central and South America.
